Biography

Os Tribalistas are actually a star-studded trio composed of the sultry Brazilian chanteuse Marisa Monte and Brazilian pop stalwarts Carlinhos Brown and Arnaldo Antunes. Though a one-off collaboration, the trio garnered kudos fast: they were nominated for multiple Grammy categories in 2003 and walked home with the award for "Best Brazilian Contemporary Pop Album."
