Though Sexual Harassment introduces a new singer, Brit barker Tony Sylvester, not much has changed for the rambunctious Norwegians in Turbonegro. Even after a four-year gap in recording, their love for the scum zone between street punk, grunge and classic rock remains undiminished. The album's best jams (among them "TNA [The Nihilistic Army]" and "Hello Darkness") melt Tangled Up-era Necros into AC/DC into Sham 69. Where the band gets into trouble is on slow groovers like "Mister Sister" and "Tight Jeans, Loose Leash." Without the raw propulsion, these tunes reveal the group's lack of hooks.
