And all this time we were sure Dee Snider was Jewish! What starts out as a straight-ahead Christmas album gets "twisted" about 45 seconds into the first song, and from there it's all big riff/big hair pop metal versions of classic Yuletide ditties. Yes, a Twisted Sister Christmas album is entirely unnecessary and totally ridiculous, and that's exactly what makes this collection such a cheeky, cheesy good time. TS's take on "The Twelve Days of Christmas" gives new meaning to rockin' around the Christmas tree.
