Biography

Hip-house founder and Acid House originator Tyree is known for producing several tracks that stormed the dance charts in the late '80s and early '90s. Starting off with a Chicago house sound that included strategically placed hip-hop vocals, Tyree moved into the acid arena with the seminal club favorite "Acid Over." Squiggly acidlines dodge stomping beats that shudder the dancefloor like fallen speakers.
