V. Majestic

Rhode Island's V. Majestic are a five-piece who manage to revitalize the sounds of their Krautrock heroes with a cacophonous blend of chord drones and the occasional piping in of a French horn. Multiple dramatic changes, acid-tinged guitar freakouts, and giddy carnival melodies mesh together for a demented journey the world of rock that surely has little to do with "meeting chicks." When not piecing together Psychedelic improvisations, the band can churn out a heartwrenching, happy melody backed by a fuzz pedal and the rolling of the piano keys.
