Future Retro takes hits from the '80s and makes them over by adding elements of house, trance and even hip-hop. Sparks gut the original arrangement in Morrissey's "Suedehead," leaving a lone drum loop joined sporadically by keys and acoustic guitars. And Howard Jones' "New Song" could be called "New Life," as the ravey percussion helps resurrect a classic.
