Unlike so many of their contemporaries, Velvet Acid Christ doesn't embark on a crusade of sonic cruelties. Instead, they release dark, subconscious horrors as sinister dance tracks. They intertwine the beats of early Skinny Puppy with austere Techno. Chilling synth lines are cloaked under unfurling, lush guitar layers -- like My Bloody Valentine locked in a dank wine cellar.
