Vico C drops a new album to prove he's still got it -- and he does. Great collaborations include "Te Me Puedo Escapar" with Cultura Profetica and "No Vamos" with Mala Rodriguez. The only mistake? "Lo Grande Que Es Perdonar," which sounds like a pudgy fistfight between balladry, Latin rap and salsa. The off-kilter production on "Ne Es Cuestion De Estar Pegao" rules.
