G-Unit albums are predicated on violence and hatred, and no one embodies those qualities better than Buck. Haters are the focus. They're "broke bitches" who "won't say it to my face" and meet a variety of ends, all unpleasant. Buck (who's "been to hell and back") will grab what the "bitches" love most (i.e., their children), or maybe he'll crawl out from under the bed and "bust your motherf*cking head." The threats are almost believable, especially after Buck stabbed a man on national TV.
