Ash's fifth release should go a long way toward winning the Irish band new fans in the U.S., as it's one of their most consistent albums to date. And while the highs fall short of past gems ("Burn Baby Burn," "Oh Yeah"), songs like "Orpheus" and "Evil Eyes" help make this one spark and crackle to life.
