Backstreet Boys

Although not many people over the age of 25 can distinguish one boy band from another, the Backstreet Boys boast an impressive arsenal of hits -- the kind you know all the words to even though you may not know who sang them. This is a good representation of the band's three albums ("I Want It That Way," "As Long As You Love Me" and "Quit Playing Games (With My Heart)" are all here) and, for better or worse, does a decent job of summing up the late-'90s musical zeitgeist. There are, however, some latter-day clunkers here that make one wonder what the inevitable Chapter Two could offer.
