If D12's blend of dirty sex, dirty drugs and dirty jokes does it for you, so will Bizarre's. The shower-capped heavyweight makes a bid for solo success with a familiar mix of skits, cameos and a full 20 cuts -- but when the standout track is a reworking of Ice Cube's "It Was a Good Day" ("Bad Day" here), you know exactly where you stand.

In the scheme of fat rappers, Bizarre of D12 is closer to the Heavy D. end of the spectrum
than he is to the Notorious B.I.G. There's something weirdly charming about his
peanut-butter-mouth flow and demented rhymes about popping pills, watching porn and
overeating. But flaccid beats mean that his solo debut -- despite guest spots from Eminem
and Big Boi -- too often falls flat.
