After spending nearly three decades as a crate-digger legend, the French duo finally drops a followup. 28 After finds Black Devil picking up right where they left off: airtight hi-hats, gargantuan synths and more 3 a.m. reverb than you can ever imagine. This is perfect dance music: expertly chiseled for maximum "hypnotics." Sorry if that's not a word.
