A Cornucopia of Thankful Playlists
by Wendy Lee Nentwig | November 27, 2013
Gratitude shouldn't be a once-a-year thing. But still, it's nice to have an official day set aside to remind us to take stock and count our blessings. So while you're overeating, trying to avoid that annoying uncle and filling out your Christmas list, tune in to one of these gratitude-inducing mini playlists. There's one to fit any mood.
Choose from a pop mix, which includes Caedmon's Call, TobyMac and The Avett Brothers, or a worship version with Matt Redman, Keith Getty and Gungor. If neither of those are your thing, our classic mix includes Al Green, the Vince Guaraldi Trio and Josh Groban, while gospel fans will enjoy some Mary Mary, Yolanda Adams and Fred Hammond.
The Christmas music can wait for a few more days, but it's always the right time of year to say "thanks."
