Blake Shelton's Greatest Hits
by Linda Ryan | April 1, 2013
Is there anyone hotter than Blake Shelton right now? We think not! Along with his wife, Miranda Lambert, Shelton is pretty much ruling country right now. But don't pigeonhole the guy: His reach has gone well beyond the country market, thanks to his stint on The Voice. And if the new season's ratings are any indication, you love him. You really, really love him.
With a new album, Based on a True Story …, released this week, Shelton is sure to soon be sitting on top of the charts. Again. One of the highlights from his new effort is the redneck anthem "Boys 'Round Here," which features backing vocals from both Miranda's group Pistol Annies and Voice alum RaeLynn. That, plus the recent standout duet "You Ain't Dolly (And You Ain't Porter)" -- from Ashley Monroe's fine new debut album, Like a Rose -- got us thinking that Shelton's all-time greatest hits and best recent duets would mix well together. Enjoy.
