Get pumped (or just pretend you'll be there) with this playlist featuring some of the top artists heading out to the desert lands of Indio, Calif., in April for the annual Coachella Valley Music & Arts Festival. The three-day, two-weekend cultural spectacular always boasts a stellar lineup, and this year is no exception.
Headliners for this edition are Brit icons The Stone Roses and Blur, French indie pop kings Phoenix, and Cali funk-rockers Red Hot Chili Peppers. Other stars include steadfast indie rockers Yeah Yeah Yeahs and Modest Mouse; cult faves Lou Reed and Nick Cave (with Grinderman and the Bad Seeds); synth-pop pioneers New Order; the reunited Postal Service and Jurassic 5; Icelandic brain-melters Sigur Rós; hip-hop dynasty Wu-Tang Clan; and Trent Reznor's latest project, How to Destroy Angels. But that's only the tip of the iceberg, or should we say Joshua tree?
