MTV Video Music Award Nominees 2014

The nominees for this year's MTV Video Music Awards have been announced, and Beyoncé leads the pack with eight nominations in categories including Video of the Year, Best Female Video and Best Collaboration for several tracks off her self-titled album. Eminem and newcomer Iggy Azalea placed second with seven nominations apiece. Eminem is up for Best Hip-Hop Video ("Berzerk"), while Azalea is vying for Video of the Year, Best Female Video and Best Pop Video (all for "Fancy"). Joining Beyoncé and Azalea in the prestigious Video of the Year category are: Miley Cyrus for "Wrecking Ball," Pharrell Williams for "Happy" and Sia for "Chandelier."

The 2014 MTV Video Music Awards will be broadcast from The Forum in Inglewood, Calif., on Sunday, August 24. Scheduled performers include Usher, Ariana Grande and 5 Seconds of Summer. Hit play to hear some of the top nominees.
