Memorial Day has come and gone, but this new music will get you through summer and beyond. The biggest news is the return of Amy Grant after a decade without a new studio project. How Mercy Looks from Here is a grace-filled collection of songs that celebrate life's detours, mourn life's losses and remind us that it really is about the journey more than the destination.

Her new album has some great company. We're marking the demise of the David Crowder Band with a best-of release that represents the years we spent worshipping along with him. Shane & Shane are here to pick up the slack, though, offering a worshipful new record of their own. Martin Smith, Matt Maher and The Afters all offer solid releases that build on their already impressive catalogs, while relative newcomers like All Sons & Daughters, Andy Mineo and Citizen Way just sound like seasoned pros.

It's like spring has come to the music world, too, and there's plenty that's just ripe for the pickin'. Sample it on our playlist.
