Rhapsody Top Tracks 2005: Fall Out Boy vs. Green Day
Rhapsody turns 10 years old this month, and in celebration we've crunched the numbers and determined our 15 most popular songs for every year we've been alive. Here are our findings.
Whether you like your rock wry and punk-ish or sincere and glammed up, 2005 was a fine year, with those lovable scamps from Fall Out Boy holding off those skinny-tie revivalists in The Killers, and multiple jams off Green Day's mighty American Idiot lurking just below. Plus there was Kelly Clarkson's rock-chick monstrosity "Since U Been Gone" leading her threepeat, Mariah Carey's epic comeback, blissful pop from Gwen Stefani and Ciara, and all-time Rhapsody don Jack Johnson just hanging out. And doesn't it feel so good to hear "Feel Good Inc." again? It does, it does.
