Bobby Valentino

Bobby V's second studio album has all the ingredients for an R. Kelly-style hit record: a single soused with hiccupping Timbaland beats ("Anonymous"); an attempt at getting his Stevie on ("I Was Wrong"); a kind of cheesy, near-epic get-it-on-a-thon ("Over and Over"); and a lot of smooth singing about what he's done wrong and what he wants to do to you later. If Bobby V's Special recipe starts to feel a bit formulaic (and, um, even if you croo-oon it, asking someone to pick you up from the airport just isn't really that hot), well, at least he's not peeing on anyone, right?
