It's time to call Bowling for Soup what they are: the best wedding band ever. This, in case you don't know, is not a bad thing. As their eighth album in over a decade demonstrates, the band has mastered its domain: cheeky lyrics that read like an issue of Teen People set to viscously addictive pop punk. "High School Never Ends" is a clever send up of a year's worth of celebrity gossip and "Val Kilmer," well, that's pretty much the same thing. Only music this entertaining could pull off being this dumb.
