In the midst of the most alarming headlines her hot mess of a personal life has generated, Britney releases a series of robotic, decadently clubby remixes of what is perhaps her most self-reflective (and yet disturbingly emotionless) single, which she did not write. Should we be concerned? Should we call someone? Should we chalk it up to savvy meta-commentary?
