Budgie were a Welsh Hard Rock trio, tinged with bits of Southern Rock influences, that never really made it big in America outside of a cult following. Their demonic bass runs and schwaggy dirt-weed guitar riffs blended with the band's witchy-voiced singer to spawn some of the filthiest hessians to grace Great Britain since Black Sabbath.
