Simon's second album, this 1971 hit still sounds vibrant. You can hear echoes of Simon's tough/tender approach in today's female singer/songwriters, and the leggy cover photo finds Simon in gauzy clothes that are as back-in-vogue as her sound. The title track (which was later twisted into a TV commercial jingle) and "A Legend In Your Own Mind" were both radio staples.
