This record's impressive detailing is evident in its personnel: studio ace Russ Kunkel mans the drums, Joni Mitchell contributes background vocals on the sprawling six-minute opener, and saxophone colossus Michael Brecker blows over "Same Old Lang Syne." In addition to "Lang Syne" it also produced two of Fogelberg's other big singles including career-defining "Leader Of The Band / Washington Post March."
