Kicking things off with a blazing version of "Don't Drink the Water," from Before These Crowded Streets, Live at Mile High Music Festival finds the Dave Matthews Band cranking up their already high energy level and charging through a set of chestnuts from the past ("So Much to Say"), crowd favorites ("Two Step") and then-new songs ("Eh Hee"). As is traditional, the band drops some unexpected covers, here Peter Gabriel's "Sledgehammer" and the Sly and the Family Stone classic "Thank You (Falettinme Be Mice Elf Agin)."
