This EP collection gathers together the English punk group's earliest singles. Discharge's brutish energy, gruff vocal attack and hardcore intensity brought a new sense of danger and possibility to punk rock, erasing some of the fashionable, stylish aspects that had popped up by the end of the '70s. The music presented here helped usher in the hardcore revolution.
