Donell Jones

Jones's sophomore effort builds on the sleek urban vibe he cultivated in My Heart (1996). The songs may not be ultradeep, but Jones knows how to craft a hook. He's got a classy, intimate delivery that recalls a mix of Michael Jackson circa Thriller and Stevie Wonder. Standouts include the title track and "U Know What's Up."
