Rhapsody

Rap is increasingly accommodating to its veterans, so it's no shock that Bay Area legend E-40 scored his biggest hit, "Tell Me When to Go," at age 38. The subsequent album, My Ghetto Report Album, promises to put the Bay back on the hip-hop map, and 40 Water discusses the album, his knack for inventing slang, and the Bay's hyphy movement.
