Guerra's anemic pop and rock-damaged electronica define cool these days: she sounds like a cross between a 1960s sex kitten and a Latina Cat Power. While her sound is a little too intimate for large concerts, songs like "Pa-Ra-Ti" and "El Colchon" will make your stereo very happy. Her few English-language tracks ("Angelito," "Puerto Vallarta") are convincing.
