"Walking Wounded" represents a turning point for the duo with a focus on electronics rather than acoustic guitar.

Everything But the Girl were already cruising the margins of dance music, dosing their
gauzy pop with discreet electronica, when remixer Todd Terry hijacked "Missing" from
1994's "Amplified Heart" for a percolating house-music work-over. Terry gets a bonus-track
crack at "Wrong" on "Walking Wounded," but EBTG's instrumental half, Ben Watt, nails the
