Singer Mike Williams introduces "My Name Is God (I Hate You)" with some nutjob mumblings followed by an animal-man shriek-howl and the sound of breaking glass, begging the question: "Is this guy smashing High Life bottles over his own face?" The answer is definitely "probably." One thing's for sure -- whatever it was he and his cohorts were up to when recording this 1996 masterpiece of hardcore Southern blues metal, it should definitely not be attempted at home, or anywhere by anyone who wants to stay alive.
