Faithless

Dance music is still their default setting, but No Roots finds Faithless branching out into three minute pop songs and cool rapping (more MC Solaar than DMX). The album flirts with soulful social commentary and storytelling in "Everything Will Be Alright Tomorrow," "In The End" and "Mass Destruction."

Despite a decade of overseas popularity, Brit dance act Faithless have yet to score a U.S.
hit, even off the back of ex-vocalist Dido's solo success. That could change with this
album's high point, the explicitly political "Mass Destruction." A remixed single version,
included here as part of a bonus video, explodes into a thoroughly rocking chorus:
