Best known as "the crazy guy" from much-loved oddball rap unit the Pharcyde, Fatlip has been largely M.I.A. since leaving the fold in '95. On his long-awaited, repeatedly delayed solo effort, the clown prince of hip-hop returns with a gang of weirdo beats and charming, self-deprecating rhymes about being broke, working wack jobs and riding the bus.
