Harpers Bizarre

The best band ever to come out of Santa Cruz, Harper's Bizarre can still make you feel plenty groovy. Though this contains all their major late 1960s hits, this collection favors the band's ironically charged 1920s nostalgia pieces rather than their sunshine pop-rock side. So if it is not a perfect overview, you can't fault the quality of the included tracks.
