Josh Rouse and his girlfriend Paz Suay collaborate on this completely charming duet set. Rouse lets his peerless indie pop melodies ride slinky electro grooves, going for a sound that places sunny guitars next to Postal Service-style retro synth blips and boinks. Standouts include the aching "These Long Summer Days" (which should've been the CD's title!) and "Answers," yet another bittersweet Josh Rouse gem that sounds like a hit beamed in from God's transistor radio.
