Pushing the envelope is an understatement; the debut from Louisiana's manic, female-fronted grindcore outfit comes off more like a full-on letter bomb. Astounding vocalist Krysta Cameron goes from gorgeous Bjork-like vocals to brutal, guttural growls and throaty screams, pulling each technique off extremely well. The band incorporates electronic and jazz with deathcore essentials like breakdowns and blast-beats, most notably on "You Ain't No Family" and "Tastes Like Kevin Bacon."
