Yeah, we'll admit it: a lot of urban cowboy songs sound like late '70s or early '80s soft rock touched with pedal steel, fiddle and other country music accoutrements (not that there's anything wrong with that). Such was Johnny Lee's biggest hit, "Lookin' For Love." But if you listen closely to songs like "Hey Bartender" or "Sounds Like Love" you can hear that there was a rock 'n' roller inside Johnny Lee's songs trying to get out.
