After spending most of the 1960s singing everything from country to pop, Starr returned to her jazz roots cutting one of the best platters of her career. The cover may show the raging Ava Gardner-style beauty aging into the prettiest cafeteria worker at the annual picnic yet Starr's bluesy vocals haven't aged a day. The band, led by Jimmy Rowles, is superlative.
