Kill Hannah

Any band willing to cover late period Billy Idol is OK in our book. Kill Hannah's version of "Rebel Yell" isn't quite as yell-tastic as Billy Idol's '80s hard rock high water mark, but the energy is there, and they even get those little trills that hairy guitarist Steve Stevens used to wow the world with back in the day. The rest of Kill Hannah's EP is high-octane semi-goth rock, not too far from the last few records the Cure put out. Eye makeup is not a must, but is certainly recommended.
