About

Though he came to be better known for his drumming in a number of Funk/Soul/R&B bands in the early 1960s, Larry Bright also shook out some swanky, sax-honking rock 'n' roll. He did justice to such songs as "Bacon Fat," "Maybelline" and other great standards of the time. His deep yowling voice shakes close to the growling sax for a sound that'll make your hair stand on end. Beautiful rock 'n' roll.
