Rhapsody

This compilation is ideal for the annoying guy at every live show who still thinks yelling "Free Bird" is both funny and original. But it's also a welcome blend of southern rock prototypes and chestnuts that are sure to please any true Skynyrd fan or classic rock radio listener. Most of these songs are unbridled 1971 demos recorded in Muscle Shoals before the band landed a big record deal. Before you head straight to the aforementioned butane lighter raising anthem or "Gimme Three Steps," try the equally inspired "Wino" or the previously unreleased "Ain't Too Proud To Pray."
