When Mims brags that he "could sell a mil saying nothing on the track," it might be an apt analysis of his biggest single, in which we find out little about why the New York rapper is hot except that he is hot 'cause he's fly and we ain't 'cause we not. But hey, at least the thumping, slow-paced drum track and feathery synth-bleeps borrow production tricks from all over the map to conjure something like New York's answer to hyphy.
