The five remaining songs overflow with the shoot-from-the hip grittiness that's endeared Lambert to her fans, like the raucous "Only Prettier," which leads with: "Well I've been saved by the grace of Southern charm/I've got a mouth like a sailor and yours is more like a Hallmark card." Many of these fiery tracks would sound quite at home on Crazy Ex-Girlfriend, including "Sin for a Sin" and her punked-up version of John Prine's "That's the Way That the World Goes 'Round."
