Mother's Finest

On their debut album last year, the Atlanta-based Mother's Finest tried to combine Southern
bar-band funk with Midwestern lumpen Led Zep into a synthesis that would one-up Rufus.
Predictably, however, the band's two vocalists, Glenn Bailey Murdock III and the Chaka
