Description of Ethnic Fusion

Ethnic Fusion refers to the strain of New Age music that brings the instruments, sounds and themes of different cultures together in soft-focus music geared toward spiritual health, meditation or growth. Proponents of Ethnic Fusion vary from the flamenco-influenced guitarist Ottmar Liebert, to the east-meets-west synth artist Kitaro, to Nigerian composer Suru Ekeh.
