Description of New Age Electronic

Technological innovation plays the lead in New Age Electronic music. Electronic artists create new sounds with traditional instruments through effects processors, pedals, and a myriad of other equipment. New sounds and effects are also discovered by building new equipment or modifying existing instruments and gear. Sometimes innovative and groundbreaking, this style can also be an exercise in electronics for its own sake.
