If You Want It is a long slow exhalation of an album. A catchphrase repeated, the drift of a bird-like electronic squiggle, a guitar that wanders like thoughts on a foggy morning...and Nova and Maya, repeating simple phrases, trading verses in English and Spanish, sounding as languid as lizards sunning themselves on a beach. At some point all this chill can start to sound unfocused, but by the time that happens, you'll be too relaxed to care. A solid and seductive sophomore effort.
