One-off collaboration between Al Jourgensen and Paul Barker of Ministry and Fugazi/Minor Threat vocalist Ian MacKaye. Together they made an EP (Trait) which might be entirely forgettable were it not for the single, "I Will Refuse." MacKaye's authentically raging vocals and Jourgensen's Hitchcock-like ability to build suspense then unfurl terror make this one of the best Industrial Metal songs EVER.
