Pat Green is an anomaly: He can sell out arena-sized venues in certain markets (mostly in his home state of Texas), yet is one of country's music's most under-recognized artists. What I'm For just might earn Green household name status. Heartland rockers "Footsteps of Our Fathers," "Lucky" and "Feeling Pretty Good Tonight" have the sort of big, crisp big production sound that brings to mind John Mellencamp, while "Country Star" recalls the humor and satire of Brad Paisley's "Celebrity." And then there's the oh-so-romantic single, "Let Me," which is sure to be a Valentine's Day favorite.
